playbakk turns your real video calls into reel-ready clips of just you.

playbakk turns genuine video calls — spontaneous or planned, on the calling app you already use — into reel-ready clips of just you. It records your own camera and microphone alongside the call on your computer, or works from a call recording you import, then removes the other person, finds the moments worth keeping, reframes them for vertical video and adds captions. The other person is left out by default and can only be included with their explicit, recorded consent. Recordings stay on your device. playbakk does not connect to or integrate with third-party calling apps, and it is not designed for covert recording.

• Platform: Web app in desktop browsers, with a desktop companion in developer preview. Mobile capture is not available.

Use the ink versions on light backgrounds and the white versions on dark backgrounds.

• Do not redraw, recolour, stretch, rotate, outline or add effects to the logo, and do not combine it with other marks.
• Leave clear space around the logo at least equal to the height of the symbol, and do not place it on busy images where it is hard to read.
• Write the name as playbakk — never “Playbakk”, “PlayBakk” or “play bakk” — including at the start of a sentence.
• Do not use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse or partner with you, or as part of your own product name or domain.
• Do not describe playbakk as integrating with WhatsApp, Telegram, FaceTime, Teams or other calling apps, or as a way to record people without their knowledge. It is neither.
• Product screenshots are available on request so that they show current features accurately.
